HOW TO FIND US
Our family friendly medical centre is joined in with Forest Lake Dental and we are located between Pizza Capers in Forest Lake and the Snap Fitness 24 Hour Gym.
Forest Lake Family Practice provides all aspects of general medical practice for patients in Forest Lake and surrounding areas. We welcome new and existing patients to our central medical centre during surgery hours, Monday through to Saturday.
Please call to book an appointment, and don’t forget to let us know at reception if a longer appointment is required.
