Welcome to Forest Lake Family Practice where we put our patients’ needs at the forefront of everything we do. We support families in Forest Lake and surrounding areas in our friendly and caring medical practice. We are a bulk billing clinic.
The annual flu vaccine for 2024 is now available - and this year all Queensland residents over the age of 6 months can access the influenza vaccine for free.
Funded by the Queensland Government, the 2024 Free Influenza Vaccination Program has now commenced. The Program will conclude on 30 September 2024.

Pfizer for children ages 5 and over is now available.
From 8 April 2022 booster dose will be available for ages 12-15 years.
2nd booster (4th dose) for patients over 65 years of age now available - must be four months after 3rd dose.
